Due to the unforeseen death of my grandfather i do not see how emotionally i can do this right now. i will inform everyone on when i start my weightloss program once again.

Hopefully i'll be on it again soon, at least for his sake.

Ashhy, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I too went through the loss of my grandfather not too long ago and know how it feels. We hope that you will return very soon. I'm not sure how you work, actually have no clue...lol. However, I know that when I exercise and stay focused on improving myself it lifts my spirits. My grandfather never talked about fitness and behing healthy, but I could see it in his actions. Even up until he was restricted to the hospital we would drink plenty of water and do lots of walking. I once asked him why he would walk around his yard so much. His reponse was simple..."It keeps me young, I'm not getting any younger. What else do I have to do with my time when I'm in my late 70's?" He was right, and he has always been an inspiration to me. I hope to instill those same values into my children and grandchildren someday.

Hoping to hear back from you soon. ~Scott
