Hi everyone. First post here, although I have been reading a lot of advice for a while now.
I have a little bit of a conundrum. I have recently got into Paragliding, and ended up purchasing a new lovely paraglider. Basically all gliders have a weight range.
I am 6ft and weigh 101kg. How difficult would it be to lean up and gain muscle to remain a weight similar to what I currently am (as the glider I have purchased suits my current weight)?
