weight diary

my name is Jane and I am the mother if two wonderful boys. I just turned 36 and my goal is to lose 50 lbs by next spring.I am an emotional eater so, I eat when I am sad, happy,depress and lonely.I do believe that whatever I focus on expands and I wants to focus on been healthy and happy.

today is a good day for me i fast and pray this morning.than i ate two eggs and four pancakes.even though i think i should of only eat 3 pancakes. I'll do better tomorrow. for lunch i am having a small portion of rice with broccoli and scrimps.wish me luck.:seeya:

check out the stickied threads around the forum - especially in nutrition (one fo the threads will give you an general idea of how m any calories a day you should be getting - it's probably more than you think )and exercise...

I'd suggest getting an account at or one fo the 100s of other free food diary sites on the web - weight loss is a matter of usng more calories than you take in - so it's helpful to know how m any you are taking in...

Read around the forum - use the search function - and do ask questions -

Do you have two diaries?
