Weight loss in one week!???! im stumped!!

Im stumped...

over the last week i lost about 2-2.5 kilos.. and i havent been exerisincg due to a recent ankle injury....

ive been eating.. OK... notinh extraoidarny...

towards the end of the week i noticed that my stomach was a little samller and i could wear clothes i hadnt worn for a while!??

the only thing i started doing differnt was weight trainging....

i moved my weight bench and bar into the house and been doing it couple of times a day.... or once a day...


NOW the AMAZING part is that i was at my lowest on FRIDAY and 2day monday... i am back to my orig weight?!?!?!!?!??!

yes that right..


IS weight training a more effective to "lose" weight..

like i want to tone up my arms say... and there is all this fatty tissue on them... but i can feel the muscle building underneath...

is more effective weight trainging going to make me reach this tone goal?
 
Weight training creates more muscle, more muscle will burn more body fat for you 24/7 so you will get leaner plus add on some muscle while losing inche's.

I focus on weights more then i do cardio simply because its what burns the fat for you, i only do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and i do 3 days weights.

Weight training is very effective for weight loss. :D
