Weight loss/Image Issues?

Hello, I am new here and was hoping to get a little help. I'm a 21 year old male, I am 5 foot 10 inches tall, and I used to weigh 256lbs. I was dumped by my long term girlfriend, and the weight was one of the reasons, so I set about losing the weight. Now a year and a half later, I am down to 170lbs, with a 35 inch waist. I scale in my normal weight when I do Body Fat and BMI calculations, and have gotten a lot stronger and healthier since then. But when I look in the mirror, I still see myself as overweight, I see fat around my stomach and my pecs look like they sag to me. I feel like even though I lost the weight down to 170lbs, maybe I am supposed to be a lot less? Like I'm still overweight and the calculations are wrong. My friends say I am looking really good, and people I haven't seen from before I lost the weight don't recognize me, but that doesn't mean I am thin. Any help or advice offered I will appreciate.
