Ok well I am not trying to lose weight right now being I am in football. Ok what doesnt make sense to me is I was 268 last week and I weighed myself this morning and im 256.7. Im 6'2 if that matters. I dont understand why I am losing weight. I am eating the same. I have been keeping track of my weight the last two days. This is what I ate and still lost weight.
Day (1) Breakfast: Mcdonalds Sausage McMuffin and a hash brown.
Lunch: Two hotdogs and Fries.
Dinner: Three Eggs and 2 sausage patties.
Scale said I lost 1.8 pounds that day. (Its not the scale I have two that say the same thing.)
Day (2): Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Two McChickens from Mcdonalds.
Dinner: A bowl of spaghetti and meat/cheese.
(Scale says one pound weight loss)
These last two days I have been eating pretty fatty foods which I usually dont. I just dont understand it. In the last two days the scale says I lost 2.8 pounds. Go figure when I want to lose weight I don't but when I don't I lose weight. Of course these 2 days I have been drinking water, milk, and gaterade also. Does this make sense to anybody?
