Weight loss help!

Hey everyone. I just signed up for this site in hopes of getting a little help on what I should do. I've never been fit. In high school I was heavy, in real life I settled with an ex and got to over 300lbs at one point. A couple years ago I went from about 320lbs to 260lbs in several months by eating right and working out like crazy. I also used Advocare for a bit too. For the past couple of years I have been stuck between 250 and 260. In April 2014 I had back surgery because my back gave out. During the 6 months or so, before and after surgery, of being out I'm almost up to 270 and I want to nip this right in the fahking bud.

My ultimate goal is to get down to a healthy weight, slim down, gain some muscle and finally be fit. But, right now my mini-goal is to finally get below 250. My issue is that even before surgery I "plateaued" at 250-260 and now I have these back issues so I can not go as crazy as I use to. What would you all recommend I do? I saw some article about this 'Maximum Shred' and 'Xtreme Deer Antler' bull****, but I'm pretty sure that's all a scam. I've been thinking about doing Advocare again, but I don't know. I know there's no easy way to do this, I'm not looking for results without any work. I'm willing to put in work, but I'm looking for a way that won't hurt my back more and give me good results.

first off you have to pooo every day.
Do a cleanse available in at walmart or most drug stores
also wear a back brace around your waist or some sort of waist cincher
like from spanx. Believe it or not this helps reduce your appetite because your brain
feels pressure on your stomach and does not send the "I am hungry message" to your brain.
It also helps to shape you as you loose weight.
I have lost 50 pounds over 3 years by doing a lot of little things that I could add to my daily routine
one at a time. Lots of little things include ( but are not limited to)
- park farther away when shopping, walk more, drink water, eat more fruit, drink prune juice, eat prunes, drink a protein shake instead of one meal, use low fat products in your food, choose sugar free products, google wight lose and apply as many weight lose tips that work for you and incorporate them into life one at a time.

drink lots of water.
do exercise regularly, running is the best way to lose weight.
Avoid junk food and fatty food.
calculate your diet into calories.

I lost about 80 pounds (I write what I specifically did here ) and I did it slowly. Friends of mine that had lost weight quickly, put it back on just as quickly because they didn't change their habits. So I started with changing some habits: eating more veggies, reaching for fruit before the nachos, etc. and I started working out. I didn't always have a huge amount of time, but even just walking for a half hour at lunch, or with a friend while chatting gave me some movement and helped keep me going. I was reaching small goals here and there, which kept me motivated. And once people started noticing the changes, I was hooked. Good luck! You can do whatever you set your mind to!
