Weight loss help

Hey, this is my first post on these forums and I was wondering if someone could help me out. I'm 17 years old and weigh 220 lbs. Im overweight for my age and am having trouble losing weight. I have been working out consistantly for 5 months now and am flat pressing 90lb dumbbells but I cant seem to lose any weight. I've been off eating fast food for over 2 months now but my metabolism seems to be really slow. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Travis

Hey Travis, I had the same problem....You are going to have to watch your Salt intake, i am not talking about table salt only, START READING LABELS.....Increase your water intake as well (Room Temperature Preferably) Once you have that under control you are on your way. Keep me posted!!!

I'd say get your nutrition in order first. Do you know what and how much you're eating on a daily basis? Could you post it?

Hydration is the most important aspect of weight loss because your body uses a lot of water when burning fat. Supplements are unnecessary with a well balanced diet.
