I`m 5 ft 7 in and 165 lb. I need to lose about 20-22 lb till August. I don`t follow a diet right now, I only try to eat healthy. I also exercise, but no more than 30min a day cause my second job takes most of my time off. I lost only 2 lb in the past month. I`d like to lose weight faster. Why do l lose only 2 lb? What do I do wrong? Thanks!
