Weight loss help?!

I`m 5 ft 7 in and 165 lb. I need to lose about 20-22 lb till August. I don`t follow a diet right now, I only try to eat healthy. I also exercise, but no more than 30min a day cause my second job takes most of my time off. I lost only 2 lb in the past month. I`d like to lose weight faster. Why do l lose only 2 lb? What do I do wrong? Thanks!

You may only lose 2lb because you eat too many calories. You need to stay on a strict diet, since you can`t exercise more than 30 min. Also, you need to know how many calories you burn while you work out. The whole idea with losing weight is to burn more calories than you eat. I suggest you use a calorie counter. You can find a free one at - you can also find there some interesting diet ideas if you decide to start a diet. Good luck! :cool:

@LivefromNY this is a standard spammers trick whereby someone with one or two posts asks a question and before you can say Jack Robinson other new posters post affiliate links. Perhaps you can edit out the spammers links? I don't think you will see any of the spammers again.
