Weight Loss Help

Hi all,

I am new to this site and am looking for people to help motivate me to lose weight and hopefully I can help some people do the same.

I am so frustrated with being overweight and not being able to stick to a healthy eating plan I finally designed a website to help keep me motivated.

I basically want people to join me on this site and we can post your progress regularly and show your successes and troubles (look at Day 6 and you will see I had troubles to :( )

Also please let me know what you think about my site as I worked extremely hard designing it and it is all for being accountable for my weight loss progress and allowing everyone to see how I am doing.

It forces me to document everything, it forces me to think about calories in everything i eat.

So far I am down 6 pounds and am extremely happy about this especially since I am starting a diet in a month where everyone is offering temptation everywhere I look.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my site and I would love people to join the weight loss journey with me on my site and we can discuss the progress on this site (my forum I tried to build does not seem to work all that well)

Oh I forgot to mention I am doing the 400 Calorie Fix right now. It seems pretty easy for the most part, but sometimes it gets frustrating when you want to eat something you are craving and realize how high in calories it is.

I guess it opens your eyes to calories, but sometimes I wish the good foods were lower in calories :)

Has anyone else tried the 400 calorie fix? If so what have you found that worked and what didn't?

Also what was the best food to eat that was low in calories and filled you up?
