Ok I started at 190 and now about 4 months later after beeing stuck at 181 for a month I am at 178, So the weight loss is going grate I have been eating healthy and doing alot of running and cycleing, ontop of my Boxing/Muay Thai training. The only thing Im concerned of Is my chest, I have man boobs or moobs what ever you want to call them. I dont know if its genetic because all the men in my family are like that. Well anyhow is there a work out I can do? or anything I can do, to tighten up my chest? I dont go to the gym and I really have no equipment a few dumbells thats it. But I would really like to tighten up my chest.
