Weight Loss for CELIACS

Hi, I am 28 years old and have recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease (febriary 09). Before i was diagnosed, although I felt ill after eating wheat I was still active, slim (weight 59 kgs for a 5'4" medium frame). Now that I have cut out wheat I feel better in my stomach but I have staretd piling on the kilos! My thighs and bum have gone up by a dress size. I eat a very controlled and well balanced diet and junk/fried/sweet foods are a no no or occasional treat. Can you please suggest a workout routine to get back into shape as I am very depressed and let down with this sudden gain in inches. Also the lack of complex carbs leaves me tired with barely any energy and really bad mood swings.
