weight loss emotional problem

i am having trouble losing weight but it's because of my emotional needs. i eat when i miss my boyfriend and i miss when i am with my boyfriend. i eat with my friends because there's nothing else to do. erg. i dont' knwo what to do. any suggestions?
 
when you're with your friends.. plan activities that don't revolve around eating...

Being aware of the fact that you eat when you miss your boyfriend is a step in the right direction.. Instead of eating -what else could you be doing?

You need to take control of your eating habits... sooner rather than later...
 
Try exercise. Exercise also reduces stress and it helps to reduce hunger too. Simple things like taking a walk, going for a bike ride, doing some stretches, and even push-ups can be highly effective. One always feels less stress after being active, and they feel better about themselves too.
