i've been trying to lose wieght for months. My goal is to get to 165 but i cant get pass 200 for some reason.....i used to be 240 but all i get down 200 but never beyond it. What can i do to break this barrier to continue losing weight?
Self discipline and patience. Remember, you did not gain your weight overnight, so expect that you won't shed it overnight. Persevere with your diet and exercise.
