weight loss cap.....be gone!

i've been trying to lose wieght for months. My goal is to get to 165 but i cant get pass 200 for some reason.....i used to be 240 but all i get down 200 but never beyond it. What can i do to break this barrier to continue losing weight?
 
Self discipline and patience. Remember, you did not gain your weight overnight, so expect that you won't shed it overnight.:) Persevere with your diet and exercise.
