Weight loss and PMS

Hi girls - sorry boys, this is one you probably won't be able to help me with.

I've been on the Cohens diet for five weeks now and I have found that last weekend I was SOOOOOOOO HUNGRY for the first time in weeks. Turns out I had PMS as well and was a grumpy cow...:banghead:

Has anyone else noticed a link between difficulties with their diet (ie going off track, becoming incredibly hungry, etc) and PMS?

Does anyone have any possible explanations? ugh... I had such a hard weekend, and I hate to say it, but I think my man might have had an even worse one, with me moping around the place!

My motivation level to stay on track lacks during PMS for sure... It's the only time of the month I get the "munchies" and my energy level isn't there for getting to the gym. Not to mention I swear I'm retaining water.

Actually, I decided I was going to lose abother 10 pounds right when I started pms, and I feel I did well. Actually it's a nice way to start off because I know the rest of the month will only get easier right
 
omgosh... i am pmsing atm and its horrible for my healthy eating... i still do my exercising but all i want to do is binge -_-" and eat everything in reach!

i will be happy to have it done and over with =P
