So, I'm 22, 5,6" and currently 196 lbs.
I've been dieting lately, loosing 12lbs in two weeks by a fasting-based diet (consisting of work-out, no more than 130gr of whole grain bread a day, and plenty of water)
Unfortunately my body figured out what was up, and must have slowed down my metabolism something fierce, cause the third week there was no weight loss, even with more work out and even less bread.
How can I increase my metabolism again?
Many of you will probably be somewhat...annoyed by my diet, as it isn’t very healthy nor proper, it's a crash diet I know, but... please just accept this and help me from that point.
I have the last three days been eating "normally" (including junk food) in order to kick start my metabolism, but will this help?
