I have what you would call a Jlo body. Small on top and pretty ample butt and thighs. I would like to be smaller, mainly just my waist. But, I've noticed though that no matter how many squats or lunges I do to keep my butt firm and perky, it gets droopy when I start to lose weight. I would really like to know how I could get the small waist like JLO but still keep my butt. Any suggestions?
