weight loss and drooping butt

I have what you would call a Jlo body. Small on top and pretty ample butt and thighs. I would like to be smaller, mainly just my waist. But, I've noticed though that no matter how many squats or lunges I do to keep my butt firm and perky, it gets droopy when I start to lose weight. I would really like to know how I could get the small waist like JLO but still keep my butt. Any suggestions?
 
well, what i usually do *ehem* to strengthen my legs and butt is get one of those very big air-filled rubber balls (i think i heard one gym partner call it a Zorb ball) and get a set of dumbells holding them to my side (I just carry 10 lbs each as my weight is heavy enough). Having the ball right in the middle of my back (leaning in a 100 degree angle) and the other side of the ball against a wall, i would do squats allowing the ball to roll (thus supporting your back). Make sure the weight is not shifted to your toes but closer to your achiles heel. You could really feel your gluteus maximus tighten like a ummm rubber ball being squeezed ^_^
 
there not Zorbs think there just called excersise calles. Zorbs are big huge blow up balls you go inside and they have a hole in the middle and you roll down hills i think they were invented in New Zealand
