Hi Guys, I am 17 male, height about 5'9 (or 175 cm), weigh about 190 pounds 
I think I will have to lose about 30-40 pounds to reach a healthy BMI, but I think my diet is already pretty healthy (I never eat fast food/junk food), I try to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, but my weight just never drops
This summer I got a membership to a local pool, and I was wondering if I swim about 1.5 hour every day + continuing eating healthy would be enough for weight loss, and if it is a okay plan (I want to loss 30-40 pounds in 2 month or before college starts)
