Folks ... I'm new here. My name is Ajay. I have been overweight since ... as far back I can remember actually. Hope to gain some fresh ideas here.
I just bought an e-book today titled "Weight Loss - A Personal Journey." I finished reading it and am quite impressed. The author lost 45% in body weight in under 2 years. In his book, he talks about diet, exercise and a universal law called The Law of Resistance. He also outlines a 9 month plan to loose weight. I'll probably start next week. I'll keep you folks posted on my progress.
