Hi Chris.
I love your blog. Last Feb 2008, I had a "obest" body as well - just like in your pictures. I too implemented many lifestylce changes and drop my body's "extra" 60 lbs. Like you, my lifestyle changes were the traditional "eat better - move more" approach. And over time, I too changed my body's BMI from obest to over weight to "just above" normal range. Due to my body's wide frame and large muscles (from resistant training), I cannot force my body into BMI "normal range". When I tried to reach that range, my wife & many of my friends kept telling me that I looked 10 years older, and looked deathly ill - from sucken eyes and sunken checks. For my unique body, 10 lbs above BMI normal is "as best as it gets" - for visual and health number reasons. Something to keep in mind when striving towards your BMI "normal range" goal as well. re: BMI 'normal range" may not be your body's perfect number to strive towards. Of all the changes I did during my "1 year adventure - to drop the 60 extra lbs", I regret one thing. Not creating a blog and writing down the things on my mind, or the specific details that worked for my unique body. Thus, why I think your blog is a great idea.
Keep going and keep recording your daily items... It seems to be working for you...
Way to go!!!
