Some Cardio exercises like swimming, dancing, jumping and running are the best exercises to loose weight. These exercises increase energy in our body and reduce fat. :ack2:
 
Walking is a great exercise.

At the end of the day all exercise is good though. Building muscles helps weight loss too.

1. Early Morning Walk.
2. Brisk walk for 30 minutes.
3. Luke Warm water especially in Winter.
4. Yoga
5. Exercise
6. Aerobics
7. Gym
8. Sauna
9. regular walk for 45 minutes

What are peoples thoughts on saunas?

The place we are staying at on our holidays has a full gym and spa/sauna. For some reason i have always thought that the sauna was not a great place. Don't ask me why but i thought i had heard that somewhere else. I know there is always Google but would love to here from anyone else here that may use one, regularly even.

Sauna's nice, if you can stand the heat, good for your skin, good to get your circulation going. Doesn't really do much in regards to weight loss though.
 
The best exercise to lose weight is: "the exercise you'll do". The two things that stop people from losing weight with exercise are either boredom or injury. Get creative with your exercise and do what you love. For example, he says, if you're a golfer, ditch the cart and walk with your clubs. Do what you love -- and burn more calories.
