I have a tub of protein shake (EAS Myopro 100% Whey)
and some gain stuff (Optimum Nutrition Gainer Stuff)
coming through in the post soon,
I was thinking, take a protein shake in the mornings and after workouts, and take the gainer stuff before I goto bed.
Would this be beneficial?
Or would it be good to mix the gainer stuff and protein shake together to make one mega banana + chocolate mix?
What is the best method and time to consume these supplements?
