Since summer started i've gotten on the ball with losing weight and building muscle and all that jazz, but a quick question... Yesterday when I went to the gym I weighed 210, and today morning when I wake up I weighed almost 215
I got sick recently, had the sniffles thought it was allergies but last night i got really sick, sore throat, flu like symptoms and all that, and bam! 5 lb increase! lol... now im not stupid, i know its not 5 lbs of fat or anything crazy like that, nor am I even gonna think about cutting or doing excercise while im sick... I just thought it was kinda strange, i drank LOTS of fluids yesterday but not having to pee as much as I drank
does the body usually try and retain fluid when it's ill?
Again, this is just out of curiousity, don't need to tell me not to worry about weight when im ill, i know this and im not gonna haha.. I just wanna get better ASAP, i hate being sick
