Hi all, I'm new here.
Not sure if this is the correct forum, but...
Ok, I'm 35 and have already lost a good amount of weight. Down 35 lbs. from 260 to 225. My goal is around 180. (Possibly lower, but I'll reassess then.)
About 6 years ago I went from 220 to 180 just by dieting alone, and the weight stayed off for a few years. I looked good and everything was fine.
Well, lifestyle and job stress eventually changed that. Long story short, I changed jobs and lifestyle and and put myself on a diet again.
Things are progressing well, but there is a new problem this time around. While I'm losing weight, my belly shape isn't coming into line like it did last time. It has gotten significantly smaller, but still has the flabby shape.
So, do I just have to be more patient as my weight comes down, or do I need to work in some kind of exercise? What kind? I'm not looking for ripped abs or anything, but I need to get rid of the roll. I won't have much time in the day to spare, so the quicker the exercise time, the better. Also, what is the difference from last time? My age?
Any tips would be appreciated.
