I'm in the market for a weight bench for home use and was wondering if anyone could point me in a good direction and/or help me understand things that I should be looking for in a bench. The things I do know are that the bench needs to be sturdy and I want one that adjusts (flat, incline, decline). The one I've seen so far is the BowFlex 5.1. My budget is around $200.
