weighing myself at night

I dont own a working scale so i usually just weigh myself at the gym...lately i havent been getting there till after dinner....i am like 4 lbs over my usual...i thought i was losing weight...could this just be fromt he day's worth of food i ate? i know this must sound dumb
 
yeah i would agree, i think the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, because by nighttime you ussually weight more. try weighing urself at some point in the morning a few times then again at night, see what the difference in weight is, this will help u get a more accurate view on how many punds to deduct at night. or u can maybe get a really cheap scale at like walmart or something.
