Alright, so I know that it is better to workout in the morning before eating anything in order to burn more calories. However, my work schedule makes it much easier for me to workout around 3 or 4pm. And I find I have much more energy at that time, I pedel much faster (on the stationary bike), and can go for longer than in the morning. So my question is this: Is it more effective for losing weight to workout in the morning without eating beforehand, at a lower intensity, or is it more effective to have a stronger workout in the afternoon, but after a few meals?
(My stats, in case they are relevant to my question, 20 years old, 143lbs, 5'5". I want to lose around 10-15lbs)
THANKS!!
