Ok I Know Its A Week Till The Memorial Challenge So I Am Doing This To Give A Push To All Of Us!! This Challenge Is Going To Be Different And I Want Us To Post Daily If We Are In It! This Way Can Kick And Push Each Other! Lets Rock This Week I Know We Can !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:d:d

I'm in......managed to fit in my 2 workouts today, a 20 minute jog and 24 minutes interval training on my exercycle...OWWW that was hard work!

Don't know about 4lbs but I'll give it a good go!:D
 
I'll give it a good try, to be honest it looks like I'll be shedding pounds good style with my eating plan!:eek:

Well, I'm in, but I'm pretty sure I won't be losing 4 pounds in a week since I don't have a whole lot to lose anyway. Plus I'm hitting a plateau right now, and I haven't lost anything in a few days :( I hope I get out of this soon. Any tips for moving on to more weight loss? I'm trying new exercises. I started going to the gym instead of doing cardio videos at home. Any other tips because that hasn't helped quite yet???
 
I'm a newbie here, but I'm in. Once I get past the first few weeks I only am aiming for a healthy 1 or 2 lbs, but right now I'm game.:D

Sorry redneckedwoman I'm working on a different week thing to most of you. I started counting on Friday of last week and by Sunday I'd dropped to 159.5lb so my starter weight isn't the right one! Sorry to be so confusing but I'm down to 158 now so will hopefully do the challenge! :cool:

:D Not going that brilliantly this week, my aim was to exercise twice a day but have on managed that one day so far:mad: This has been a very busy week with meetings etc....

On the brighter side my food intake has been great:D

I take it we all just compare weights this coming Sunday to see if we've lost the 4lb? I weighted 159.5 on Sunday this week (sorry red I think you've got me down for 158) but am down 2lb to 157.5 lb now.:)
 
I feel at SUCH a disadvantage, thanks to TOM's upcoming visit! LOL I haven't weighed myself b/c I'm afraid to look until the end! LOL My food has been good and my waters been good But I feel like a Weeble! *sigh* I WILL show a loss for this week! I WILL!!!!! ( I wish it would stop raining long enough for me to take a walk!)
