Wedding help

First, let me start by saying hello to all as I am new to this forum.
My stress right now is about 4 years ago I lost about 75 pounds and have kept the weight of even after having a baby yeahhhhhh!!!! However since having the baby I am still thin 5'7" and only 128. So I am still thin and maintaining however I have no time to exercise now with the little one and my body is starting to get flabby and I am getting married in a month. What can I do? Does anyone have any quick fixes?

hi and welcome. unfortunately there is no quick fix. you need to have a clean diet and add exercise. i'm sure you could do things like when the baby is asleep or something. you will just have to work it into your day somehow. you can also go for walks with your baby. anything that gets your heart rate up will help and don't forget to add weight training as well. read around the forum for information, there's a lot. good luck and congrats!

Is there any way you can incorporate exercise with your baby during the day? Stroller walks are a great idea. Also, just look for little ways to add in exercise - maybe do squats while you're brushing your teeth, do lunges as you walk around the house, or squeeze in some jumping jacks when you can - it all adds up!

There are not many non-surgical options 1 month out, but why not start now? Determine your basal metabolic rate, make time to exercise, and eat less than your BMR. You could conceivably lose 8 pounds in a month and add muscle tone.

I don't think you're going to see tremendous results in just a month, but every little bit helps so get moving! Congrats on your wedding, btw!

How about you cut the bull**** and find ways to increase your activity level and/or improve your nutrition instead of fishing for ways to cheat yourself?

Come on now. You can't think of ANY ways to burn more calories? Or maybe fix your energy balance such that you will trim some fat weight? Or, ideally, both? You can't find an hour a day to exercise? I call bull****. And not just regular bull****, I'm talkin' supermegafrickendoubleprimefragaliciousexpialado****.
