Website Review? Give me a few suggestions

With the exercise/workouts page, I would change Friday to something different than Tuesday, rather than just "repeat". Depending on the level the person is at, and what equipment they have access to or if they belong to a gym, it would be better to split it up, even something like push/pull would be better than just doing the same thing as Tuesday because they'll be hitting more muscles

I like his Sunday

Sunday: God's Day, the day of Rest. even though gods day is saturday...im not even religous and i know that one. lol anyway....dont like it. It doesnt say how many reps or sets to do or anything.

Derek,
good start, man! Keep adding to it, changing things! I am constantly updating my site, finding out what works, what doesn't, which pages are getting hits, etc...
Congrats to you for being proactive and getting yourself out there!

Format/Layout is too plain plus the ads in the middle are annoying... text is simple... not a bad start, but needs a lot of improvement...

And THAT is why I didn't like it. That may work for some folks though. When it comes to fitness info, cute doesn't work for me. Also, it really helps if the site owner is a credible expert. One thing I don't like about the internet is that anyone who can build a site of some sort suddenly becomes an expert in their field (I read it on the internet so it must be true).

Okay, to further my point let's look at one of the two workouts offered up:

Muscles and connective tissues shorten over time and that leaves you with poor flexibility. If your muscles have gone some time without being used, they tend to become weak and stiff. The risk of injury is increased greatly when you start to use those muscles all of a sudden. If you are doing regular stretching exercises to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, injury can be avoided.

A pulling sensation is normal while you're stretching. It can be uncomfortable but if you are feeling pain then you are likely over extending your muscles. If this happens then you will need to reduce your stretch to avoid pain. You can push yourself to stretch further but do it gradually and while considering your pain threshold.

First of all, this is not a workout program. This was listed as a stretching program, then when you click on the link the title is "Do you want a flat stomach?" This is a badly written two paragraph article, and the information is so completely ignorant that it borders on offensive.

I guess the world needs another crap site out there to clog the search engines. Sorry to be so blunt, but I think you need to hear it.
