Weak Feeling

Ive been biking about 10 miles about every day for the last week, eating healthy, taking in about 2,000 calories per day, strength training 3 times per week, and drinking 1 gallon of water every day. ( I feel like im gonna float away sometimes)

Starting yesterday, i started feeling really weak. My initial reaction was, "Man, I dont want to get sick again, not while in the midst of getting in shape." This morning it was even worse. It almost feels like allergies has somewhat to do with this, but i'm not quite sure.

My question is: Is it possible that i feel weak because of a lack of caloric intake ?

Thanks for any feedback... :)

Could be a host of things. Could be allergies. Could be low blood sugar. Could be lack of calories. Could be over training. Could be a simple cold.

Take a few days off and see how things progress. If you continue to feel weak... speak with a doctor. It won't hurt ot do that :D

I agree with what the others said. What is your height/weight? SOme people just need a lot of calories. I'm 5'4", 120 lbs and right now I eat 2400 cal a day. If I ate 2000 and exercised a lot I would feel weak.

What is your meal like before you go for the bike ride? Pre workout nutrition is really important. Also, when was the last time you tooka break from working out? Our bodies need a break now and again.

I'm feeling better this morning... ive had a fever for the last 2 days it turns out. I dont feel as weak this morning but it might just be because its morning and thats when your fever is the lowest.

While I've been sick i went to watch the Pink Panther.... that made me feel better.
