In your case, you should try alkaline diet. Food combining or proper hydration might be a problem in your case. It is difficult to tell without knowing more details about your diet.
Generally speaking, reducing fruits and dairy products have a beneficial effect on health and weight. At least for a while, you should stick to salads and eat more vegetables and vegetable based smoothies. I personally lost about 22 pounds using this diet alone, without any workout or fitness programs.

Bye bye baby weight!! Thank goodness for finally finding the program that works for you! Overall good nutrition and learning a healthy lifestyle through exercise, water, good foods, and supplements. Amazing what a little hard work can do.

Fasting simply to lose weight can often result in undesirable consequences. Fasting will indeed cause you to shed a great deal of weight. But there is the strong possibility that you could gain it all back quickly if you don't deal with your former eating habits that originally caused the weight gain. While the pounds will indeed melt away during a fast, several factors will determine how much of the shed weight will stay off.
 
There is no easy way. If you do water diets and fad diets u lose pounds but not fat. Remember it's not about the scale. You start to lose muscle mass when u deprive your body of nutrition and proper balance of proteins, carbs and good fats. If you want to lose weight and keep it of its not fast or easy. Do it the right way, the healthy way. You will thank me later
 
You can divide ways of losing weight into two. One is of workout while other is lifestyle. To lose weight with workout, you can do the following

1. Running
2. Walking
3. Weightlifting
4. Swimming and so on

To lose weight with lifestyle , you do the following
1. Don't smoke or stop smoking
2. Have regular sex
3. Have enough sleep
4. Drink a lot of water
5. Eat a lot of fruit and vegetable
 
Absolutely agree with Live4now. Often, weight loss is misinterpreted. When people talk about weight loss, it is quite often the case that what they really mean is fat loss: Two very different goals. Fad diets often result in large weight loss, yet more importantly, they result in weight loss that you cannot maintain. Further to this, a lot of the research into fad diets, such as the Atkins, actually poses some important questions into its theoretical principles.

There are no 'easy' ways of losing fat. It takes both time and commitment. However, there are ways of making your exercise and diet, more specific to achieving your fat loss goals.

While I’d say that there aren’t any shortcuts to losing weight, there are definitely smarter ways to go about it. Eating healthy is obviously the biggest benefit to losing weight quickly, but certain exercises will burn calories quicker than others. For example, jogging burns more calories than cycling.
