Howdee! I stumbled onto this website/forum while searching the web for motivation & inspiration to assist in weightloss. I'm a 38 yr old wife of almost 20 years with 2 beautiful girls. I'm not only sick of the yo-yo dieting, but have also come to realize how unhealthy yo-yo'ing can be. I eat pretty healthy (whole grains, fruits veggies) but need to watch portions and get off my duff and get to exercising! I'm hoping I will find the motivation and inspiration to do so here! Portions and put water in your face, it'll take the place of extra calories. I mean drink water. You have come to the right place. Start a diary and tell us about your workouts. It will help you each day!
