I thoguh i was gunna go into this Full speed and never look back. Yea well lol, I think I bit off alot more than I could chew. The 6 meals a day proved to be alot harder then I had though. Sometimes I just dont have time to stop and eat a lil something. So needless to say, I gone wayward from it once or twice. My modavation is really my health, and just the way people think of a fit person overall. Mostly doing it for myself but also to look good lol. So to kinda clam it down and work up to where I need to be. Still no more cokes or fast food. But just eating at home. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. And maybe a snack sometime in there. I figured, as long as wat I eat is healthy and stay away from Saturated fats, and I keep doing my carido w/ light weight training, i'll still see result. Sure 6 meals a day will help alot more. But that might be something I can do during the summer when I have more time. I dunno kinda been straying away from workin out and eat rgiht for a few days *slaps hands* and I was wondering wat everyone elses modavation is for getting fit and getting heathly.
