Apparently I was undereating for the amount of cardio and weight trainig that I was doing. Therefore, I have plateau-ed. I have been gradualling increasing my calories by about 200-300 for a couple weeks and am closer to my goal (i am currently eating 1700 cals/day where i was told i should eat 1900-2000 cals/day and previously i was only eating 1500 cals/day).
How long does it take for the body to realize that these changes have been made and to start losing again?
