Wanting to lose weight

Hello everyone,

I have really wanted to lose weight, but I am really bad with dieting. I love to cook and eat food with my family. I am up to 170 in weight and really would love to see me get down to before I had kids weight... That sounds crazy I know. I was at 126 before kids. So I am way far from that. I really got excited today because yesterday we got our kids a huge 13 ft x 13 ft square trampoline and boy do I love it as well. I was wondering if the trampoline is a great exercise. It seems like it would be, but how beneficial is it? I have to say I was on it for over 3 hrs all together today jumping aroung and playing with the kids. Maybe if I do this a lot I might see some results.
