Wanting to Change Eating Habits

Hey everyone!

My name's Megan and I joined this site for some tips on eating healthy. I have a sporadic workout routine (I find it's so much harder to workout in the winter) so I think if I kept consumption down a little more and ate healthier, I'd have a better chance of keeping those pounds from piling on!

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Megan

To gain the body you want see it as a marathon not a sprint.
You will be doing it day in day out so the changes you make will get more strict as you go on so only move as fast as you can cope with.
What i mean is start by eating a healthy breakfast.
next split meals into 5 small ones evenly spaced through the day.

A good breakfast is porridge its a slow burning carb so it generally wont be stored as fat.
And an egg for the aminos that it contains(usefull for growth).
next two meals can involve carbs but concentrate on protein intake through the day.
Dont eat carbs after 3pm good fats are ok,in moderation.
Drink plenty of water with meals.
If you find you dont loose weight lower carbs intake and/or fat intake.
