I know what you fell, it’s so hard to lose weight but also hard to keep going. But from my experience, the real solution for long term is to have good habit about food and exercise.
A reasonable weight loss rate for you is around 0.5-2 pounds a week. To loose weight too fast is bad for your health and will resolve nothing in long terms.
Here I share with you some tips I use for myself to loose 10 kilos in 3 months:
1. Take the habit to go to buy food with a list (of healthy stuff of course – forget soda, cookies, chocolate…) and with having eat something before.
2. When you need a snack before lunch and dinner … eat some fruits (fresh or dry) and some vegetables (little carrot…). Forget the “low fat” product snack … useless and expensive!
3. Share your weight-loss plan with a friend. It is always easier when you are two people (and more fun!)
4. Write down your goal on many papers with details (prefer something like “loose every week 2 pounds” to “I must eat less”) and stick it everywhere (bedroom, fridge, bathroom …).
5. Drink a lot of water ( 3 L per day) and forget all kinds of fast food.
