want to lose weight by May

Hello! first time here.

i'm 17 years old 5'7/5'8 (around there) and I weight around 170-180 and I've been warned by my doctor plenty of times that I'm on the verge to being diabetic. I got my wake up signal that I have to lose weight. but it's been difficult only because I have no clue on what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I get really hungry fast. Another problem, because my family is working day and night no one has time to cook. so it's fast food. I know what's good (well alright to eat) and whats bad. I usually go for the big meals though...

Anyways, this May my family is taking a trip to Asia and I actually want to look my best since I'll be meeting my family who I've NEVER seen and I want to make such a good impression.

I just don't have any will power. please help me. what can I do?Thanks :D
 
You can start by doing a little research and educating yourself. Sounds like your biggest problem is gonna be what you eat.
