want to lose breast fat!!help me

hey i kno this might sound werid but i dislike big breast, at the moment i am 34C and i want ot be a 32B. i exercise everyday on the treadmill for 25 minutes and i eat healthy. i am 5,9 and 132 pounds however i want to be 125 pounds, but i would like to loose weight on my bust as im fairly skinny. my measurments are 34C-25-33. i would also like to lose one more inche on my hips and waist and thighs. any advice would be appriciated
 
You can't really spot reduce, so I guess the only way to lose the fat is to lose weight everywhere. Haha, the thing I'm worried about when losing weight, is losing breast fat! I'm happy with my breasts, I don't want them any smaller! So you're lucky to be so curvy. It's very femanine.
 
hey yeah, im on the treadmill for 25 minutes everyday, im fairly happy with my body, but big boobs on a small waist looks werid lol.
 
hey u shouldnt be on the treadmill everyday, it might sometimes be counterproductive because you usually need one day for your muscles to relax...try doing it every other day.
 
yes however you need to give your muscles a day to rest otherwise ur just likely gnna kill them...25 minutes is still a long time because Ive been told that you should run about 30-60 minutes every other day.
 
hey i have lost weight i got 4-5 pounds more to lose at the moment i am 124lb and im 5,9 im quite thin however i despreatly want smaller boobs and i kno i cant spot reduce but i need to help on eating and exercise.
 
Cardio every day is fine. If you were weight training then you would need rest days. Eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day 2-3 hours apart (do not go over 4 hours without eating!), have a serving of lean protein (chicken, turkey, egg whites, fish, tuna, cottage cheese, whey) at each meal as well as carbs (wheat bread, potatoes, yams, brown rice, green vegetables). Drink water throughout the day. Eliminate all refined sugar from your diet (soda, candy, white bread, table sugar). Increase the intensity of your cardio if your not seeing results after a few weeks of cleaning up your diet.

I would reccomend some light weight bench press or pushups as well. That will help make the fat a little more muscular and should help out. Good luck
 
Cheer up, you're a hottie :) Small waist + big breasts is COOL, and very rare too so I would say you're lucky. In any case, I wouldn't worry about losing more weight, because it's not healthy to be underweight.
 
In my humble opinion based upon the description you gave us, I need to change gyms... oops... I mean I'm sure your concerned about the stress you feel in your shoulders and back because of the weight you feel up front. perhaps a differnt type of bra with more support? Or shoes that dont push you forward so much? Or maybe even changing from the treadmill to a different machine to get the stress off your... shoulders and back. Also, strengthening the upper back muscles would be a pretty good idea as well.
Now, which gym..? LOL kidding, take care and have fun..

ok thanxs for the advice, its hard to lose weight up there hopefully if i will lose my last 4 pounds maybe they will shurkn but not likely oh well!
 
I must say that I'm jealous... The first weight I lose goes from my breast and I like them the way they are and they just keep getting smaller!!!!
 
small breasts r great, i want small breast and cant lose any weight from there! damn genetics! im hoping if i lose the last couple of pounds my breast will magically shrink!
 
I hate to say this, but I think your quest to lose breast size is going to be futile.

Your breast's minimum size is determined by genetics, yet they can get larger as weight is gained. You can't lose breast tissue, it just doesn't happen. You're already at a healthy weight, so I don't think losing much more fat is going to reduce your breast size.

Now, I'm going to play analyst for a bit. Do you not like your breasts because

A. They hurt your lower back?
B. You're sick and tired of horny teenage guys saying "OMG LOOK AT THE RACK ON THAT ONE!"

If the answer was A, maybe breast reduction surgery may be for you. If its B, or any other reason, I say ignore the heathens, walk with your head held high, and go on about your life. Im sure you're a lovely young lady, and shouldn't have to worry about stuff like that. Play the hand that was dealt to you, and enjoy your youth ;).
 
aww thanxs, i know im not overweight, im actully a little underweight and thats the reason which annoys me cause even thou i have lost weight i have achived my wasit and hip measurments but my bust only shurnk like a tiny bit and i wish they ould decrease more but i very much doubt it.

i wear a 34C as well and i would KILL to be something closer to a 32A. at least you are on a tall frame... a large chest looks horrible when you're 5'3 and 120 lbs.

here's what i can tell you about breast-size loss after talking to my doctor:

if you're a thinner woman with large breasts (and especially if large breasts run in your family), they are most likely composed primarily of breast tissue, not fat, and so losing inches is VERY unlikely.

on the other hand, if you're a heavier woman, it is much more likely that your breasts are composed of fatty tissue, which will be reduced with fat-loss.

unfortunately for me, this means that unless i'm willing to go "under the knife", i'll be stuck being "chesty" forever =(
