Want to lose 25 lbs

Hello My name is Janet and I would like to find people that are on the same boat like me. I just want to lose weight and also get some exercise in so that I can be healthy. I give up on myself a lot and when I am above water somehow I sunk back in. I want to get into this seriously and not fall out of this again...Please help or suggestions
 
You can do it Janet. I am in the same boat as you. I want to lose 30lbs...and I also always do great for a while, and then fall off the wagon...but luckily we found this website...lets keep one another on track.

how are you doing today food wise? what's youe exercise plan for today?
 
just keep going and dont give up! thats the hardest part.. its easy to give in.. but keep in mind how you will look in the end!!

I have been walking about an hour everyday and today I will start some workout videos for an hour of that too. It got so bad for me that whenever we go out to eat I see people that are really big and I opush myself to exercise and eat better because I dont want to be like that.
 
Hey Janet, I am currently 158 lbs and like you am wanting to loose some weight and also get fitter/healthier so i can maintain this longterm. I am wanting to loose about 35 lbs and get back to the days where i not only looked great but alse felt it and meeting likeminded people can only help. Good luck with your journey
