Hey what's up with everyone? Hope everyone is hitting there goals or close to them. I signed up a little over a year ago and didn't get anywhere. I feel the reason was I didn't want to keep a daily log, thus not caring about it everyday. So this time am going to keep a daily log of what I eat and what work-outs am doing. Work-outs am using is calisthenics exercises and cardio. Cardio mainly being walk, jog and running with jump rope. Right now am weighing in around 230-240 am 5'8". I don't really have a goal weight. My height I think I should be around 175-180 so am shooting for that. Any questions just ask, am going to start my log on Monday when I get a good weigh-in then I'll copy a link in here for ya'll.
