I actually saw this on another old website and thought it was a great idea. I don't know about you all, but the weekends are some of the hardest times for me.
Instead of looking at weight over the weekends, we'll focus on working out. I realize that some people may opt for weekends to be rest days, so in that case - you'd focus on keeping your diet in check.
It's kind of late to put this in the forum, I realize, but if you happen upon this at any time, please jump in!
Seeing as how I didn't exercise Mon & Tue of this week, I'll be focusing on my workouts and eatings to see if I can become the ultimate weekend warrior. Please, wish me luck and join up!!!
