So I have gotten up to walking 4.0 on the treadmill. I even did 4.3 when I was going to start a little run. I have never done it before, so I was kinda nervous, and I didn't do it, and just went back to 4.0. I just feel it would be more beneficial for caloric burn/HR, but not necessary, I am just trying to mix it up. I am just kind of "scared" in that little girl way.. lol.. Any tips on taking those first running steps??
