I'm sure you have heard some of the wonders a 30-minute walk a day can do in your weight loss. Well, it's true. You can do yourself a world of good by taking a few minutes walk each day.

If you are like me, you love to enjoy yourself in anything you do. So, walk and enjoy it.

You can take a friend along and chat as you walk, you can walk your dog - if you have one, you can listen to cool music on your mp3, anything that makes you enjoy what you do.

That way, you get yourself to lose weight and you do it, totally enjoying yourself.
