Morning,
I don't think I've ever fully wrote about the following, but I have some rather difficult bone/leg problems. It keeps me from kicking in karate (although doesn't prevent me from sparring/etc.). Hopefully soon I'll have surgery to correct the problem.
Anywhos, I decided to try one of my favorite workout DVDs again (turbo jam) and reality slammed me big-time - I *still* cannot do any moves that involve major (heck, even minor!) leg thingees.
Wah wah wah. I had really psyched myself up for testing it out again, and whomp. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, do not attempt again.
Oh well, these things happen, I'll just have to keep doing my modified workouts on the treadmill/etc., but wow, what a bummer.
Life happens (it just did!), so I'll deal with it. But wahhing about it sometimes helps.
