I'm 16, 5'7 160 lbs. sophmore. I am a wrestler and powerlifter currently. Wrestling is a winter sport so when that is over, I'm thinking about joining the Volleyball team for the spring. If I do so, I was wondering what things I could be doing now in order to prepare myself? I was thinking sprints and box jumps...other than that I have no clue. Any suggestions/comments are welcome
