Hey everyone~

I've started my new diet plan and have been consistently doing it for four days. I find that an accomplishment.

I want to lose 25 pounds by July 27th, which is when I will leave for Japan.

people in japan are sooo skinnnnyy and I dont want to be starred at so I WILL CHANGE!!!


does anybody feel me? and encouragements welcome!!

I WILL UPDATE EVERYDAY!! SO STAY ON THE WATCH!!
 
What is your current weight -

25 lbs in a month and a half is pretty agressive... Dont do anything too drastic but eat healthily and exercise and you will be closer to your goal...
 
That's a steep goal, but you can't hit what you don't aim at. Best of luck to you!

If you have a lot of weight to lose, it is certainly a possible goal. If you don't, you might want to recalc the numbers. A "high" goal is great. Something to strive for. An unattainable goal isn't.
